EAGO and AWT – our brand transition
The models previously offered under the AWT brand will gradually be continued under EAGO. During this transition period, the name EAGO AWT may therefore be used.
Products, packaging and instructions may still be labelled with AWT, depending on stock levels. AWT will continue to exist as a separate brand and will be used for a distinct product range in future.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does EAGO AWT mean?
EAGO AWT is a transitional designation for models previously sold under the AWT brand and which will be marketed under EAGO in future. EAGO AWT is not an additional, independent brand.
Why does my product still say AWT on it?
The changeover is taking place gradually. Therefore, stock items, packaging, type plates and instruction manuals may continue to bear the AWT designation during the transition period.
Is an EAGO model technically different from the previous AWT model?
Not solely because of the brand change. If a model’s features or technical specifications change, this will be indicated on the respective product as before.
Is the AWT brand being phased out?
No. AWT will remain and will be used for a separate product range in future.
Who should I contact regarding older AWT products?
EAGO Germany remains the point of contact for existing AWT products regarding service, spare parts and product-related enquiries.
