The wood

Canadian red cedar is a very high-quality wood and particularly suitable for saunas. It is known for its aromatic oil, which is released when heated and gives the sauna a pleasant fragrance. The oil also has calming properties that contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. Cedar has a natural resistance to moisture, which makes it perfect for the high humidity in a sauna. Red cedar wood is unique because the color spectrum varies from a light honey color to a deep walnut color.

Indirect LED lighting

The highlight of this sauna is the indirect LED lighting. Both the ceiling and the rear wall are indirectly illuminated by many small LEDs. The light can either change gently or remain on one color. Relax in this feel-good atmosphere or enjoy a soothing infusion. With an AWT sauna, you can create your own personal wellness oasis in your own home.

The sauna heater

The sauna heater shown is not included in this offer. You can also find this model complete with heater above. Please note that the dimensions of the heater used must fit into the sauna if you choose a separate heater.

Fresh air supply

With this model, we achieve an air exchange with fresh air in the sauna cabin through built-in ventilation slots. Convection causes the fresh, oxygen-rich air to rise at the sauna heater, cool down at the top on the other side and sink to the floor. There, the used air can be discharged to the outside by means of an adjustable outlet flap. In this way, a high oxygen content is achieved in the sauna without consuming unnecessary energy.

Wood is a very modern, ecological raw material with a natural appearance. As a material, wood stands for healthy and durable living as well as a pleasant living climate. The environmentally friendly production in the forest and the outstanding aesthetic quality of the material speak in favor of wood. Wood is a natural product and therefore there can always be differences in color, resin formation, warping or cracking. Growth-related irregularities such as knots or grains are also typical of wood. Mineral streaks (brown or light gray) and brownish bark inclusions are typical of hemlock. Such circumstances are in the nature of the wood and do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to assert warranty rights. Possible deviations in structure and color are reserved, insofar as these are in the nature of the materials used and are customary in the trade.
